why so serious?
for as silly as ethan has been lately, he also has a very melancholy side to him. as an infant he often had a furrowed brow that made him look so concerned. i would ask him, "why so serious?" he doesn't do the furrowed brow as much any more but sometimes, in these melancholy moods, i wonder what could he be thinking about? what's going on behind those eyes little guy? why so serious?
