finally some summer

finally, summer has arrived at the moore home. no more crazy busy days planning for girl's camp and neglecting my bored, forced-to-fend-for-themselves children. we finally went swimming yesterday and it was glorious! glorious to be slathering on the sunscreen, glorious to be enjoying the cold cold water, glorious to be soaking up the sun, glorious. ethan was more bold and adventurous and less nervous than last year so he had a good time too. the playgroup cousins all cam to play too so he was very excited to see them all. the older kids were busy playing with the older cousins too so a good time was had by all. we're already making plans for the next time...my camera battery died just after my first and only photo of the day, i guess one is better than none. happy summer everyone.
