it was especially fun seeing friends and family after the show - even though i didn't take photos of half of the people who came?
thanks to everyone who came!
i saw the show EIGHT times, yup, all eight shows. it was crazy, but worth it. i didn't want to regret not going and seeing taylor, so i went. (thank you rich for holding down the fort while i was gone). i kept waiting for it to get old, but it never did. part of the reason was that the show was always amazing, the level of talent in this little pocket of davis county is seriously astounding. i especially enjoyed the charachter chauvelin sing "the girl" and "falcon in the dive". check out these videos of him, you will be amazed at his talent, and i DARE you not to swoon!!
falcon-
amazing right? ya.
the cast party was also last night and the mom in charge had a GENIUS idea to bring in a couple of hair dressers to cut hair all night long since most of the boys were DYING to get it chopped after the show. taylor was no different.
BEFORE
AFTER
no more pony tails for this kid any time soon.
ahhhhhh. deep breath and gearing up for the next week, including: tons of costuming for the jr.high production of oklahoma, some big school projects AND election finals since taylor made it passed the primary elections. wish him luck!

I'm so glad you posted these videos! I keep hearing about how great the show was and feel like I got to see a small part.
The production was AWESOME!!! I think it is for sure one of my very favorite productions the high school has done! Way to go Taylor!!!
During the play I was thinking about how the boys must be dying to cut their hair!!
WOW....you are Mom are the year for sure! 8 times...what a great Mom!!
Love, love, love it! I still can't get enough. I'm sure glad our boys got to be a part of such an amazing show!
Simply awesome. How fun for him to have these memories and fun and a way to explore his talents!!
MISSING YOU!!!
LOVE YOU!!
that Junction Valley comment is Nicki (@work) :) sorry
It must have been some wild ride cause you haven't blogged in like...forever! :) tee hee-- Your almost getting as bad as me!
When I first saw this post, I thought it was Les Miserable, and I was all set to tell you how I listen to the soundtrack for that almost on a daily basis (I'm a broadway tune junky!), but sadly, I've never seen Scarlet Pimpernel and (gasp!)... have yet to read the book! I have nothing to relate to you on except to say that the costumes look great! It looks like it was a great experience. I love being a part of a play cast. I used to be in plays in high school and they were such memorable experiences for me...
Taylor is such a cutie!
